This program is designed to equip participants in a people management role (or soon to move into such a role) with the skills and capabilities to lead and manage effectively. The program is divided into 2 modules of 2 days each, during which participants carry out an action learning program. Diagnostic surveys, pre-reading and small and large group exercises provide a framework for participants to acquire practical tools and techniques to lead as well as to define their role as a leader (as opposed to a manager).
This program is available for target audiences of first line supervisors, middle managers and executive groups.
