About Larry Marlow
As the managing director of Marlow Hampshire, Larry Marlow has contributed two decades of work as a management consultant to developing a high quality professional team of consultants.
Larry's professional experience includes work at senior management level in IT, marketing, university teaching & research and senior executive positions in consulting.
Larry has considerable international strategic human resources management experience at the highest levels and this includes major assignments in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Fiji, China, Bangladesh and Papua New Guinea.
Larry has worked extensively at Board and Senior Executive levels, and this work has included teambuilding and development of leadership teams, along with executive coaching of CEOs, Vice Chancellors and senior executives.
His expertise straddles both public and private enterprises. In the public sector he has assisted both the Australian Federal and State public sector agencies with significant change projects, including Tourism, Defence, CSIRO, Health, Human Services, Corrections, Water, Treasury, Finance, Roads and Transport organisations. His achievements include appointment by the Australian Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet to assist the national Aboriginal Reconciliation Council in its planning and by the Minister for Health to chair a multi-disciplinary committee charged with changing the professional boundaries between medicine and nursing.
He has also conducted public seminars on leadership and strategic HR in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia and has lectured on these topics in Executive programs at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Mt Eliza Graduate School of Management and The Australian Graduate School of Police Management.
